Jon and Kate Plus 8 - Marriage counseling if TV deal is extended: Kate
Unconfirmed reports emanating from the blog world suggest Kate Gosselin, star of Jon and Kate Plus 8 and What Hairstyle Is That?, has asked for two more seasons of the TV show that documents her life to be agreed to by cable station TLC.
The price she'll have to pay for that deal? Agreeing to go to marriage counseling with her seemingly estranged husband Jon, according to the National Enquirer.
The Florida-based tabloid is reporting TLC insiders say Gosselin initially refused counseling completely, despite the shambolic state of her marriage, but agreed to the sessions only if she would get another two seasons of TV fame.
Negotiations to get TLC's cameras in on the sessions for use on the show itself are reportedly underway.
The new season of Jon and Kate Plus 8, in which Kate complains about all the attention her family gets from the press while being paid $75,000 per show to parade her family on television, starts Monday night.

Hey I dont get why you think Jodi is doing these interviews as part of gaining publicity for Kon?
I actually think that they are in cahoots with Jon, that he did tell them details of a split up, and that he gave them permission to spill to radaronline. JMO.
Kon or Jon, I think they are doing this for money and/or publicity. On the other hand, they could be doing all this with the best of intentions and being led astray by Jon- I could see that scenario. I really think though, if Jon is doing as you suggested, that he grow a pair and spill it himself. He'd get a hell of a lot more respect that way. And if (for example) there is a marriage contract- why didn't he supply Kevin and Jodi with a copy. Why be so coy if you're out to screw over your ex-wife? Is Jon hoping for alimony?
What Jon is doing (if he is using Jodi as a mouthpiece) it is exactly consistent with his personality - passive aggressive, lazy, whatever. He wants it both ways: wants $$ but wants out of the show. He doesn't want to 'man up'. Someone else always has to do his dirty work.
people should stop trying to copy Kate Gosselin's hairstyle; she's one of the few people in the world who can pull it off
