Aunt Jodi and Kevin: Never thought they had it in them. Never. After the Julie blog went down, I figured they were out for the count. But... and this is a big but.... if you listen closely, you hear Kevin talking about Jon making poor choices, getting a bad rap, but then he says, ".... he feels Kate's not being faithful EITHER." That means Jonny is fucking around too. I still feel Jodi is a bit of a wuss because she hardly said anything.
Kate: Serious damage control. I don't see TLC being able to whip a happy home season out of this one. If she really did have Jon sign a contract saying he could screw around as long as he stayed on the show, she's an idiot. If nothing else, there should have been a discretion clause!
Jon: He's just letting Kate take the media crunch to deflect off his stupid ass attitude.
May 25 is the season opener and according to rumors, it isn't even in the can yet. One has to wonder how much of this is hype.
World Exclusive: Jon & Kate's Twisted Marriage
Jon & Kate Plus 8 wife Kate Gosselin got on her high horse Tuesday slamming reports that she may have been cheating with her hunky married bodyguard. But what she didn't know when she spoke to a magazine was the source of those explosive revelations!
In the May 25 issue of Star, we have an exclusive tell-all with the couple who were closer to Kate than anyone else -- her brother Kevin Kreider and his wife, "Aunt" Jodi. They were mainstays of the TLC show for its first three seasons.
Kevin and Jodi's shocking revelations about Jon and Kate include:
- Jon told Kevin he believes Kate is having an affair with bodyguard Steve Neild;
- Kate drew up a secret contract that allows Jon to have girlfriends on the side — as long as he stays on the show;
- She has cut off her entire family -- even her parents -- and spends less and less time with her eight children while she promotes her career;
- Her explosive temper and controlling ways have led to bitter battles between the TV couple.
And Kevin and Jodi reveal why they are no longer on the hit show. Kate freaked out when TLC suggested they be paid for their time. "No one else is getting paid but us!" Kate screamed at her brother. "We're done!'
Kevin has a simple message for her family members. "Kate and Jon, I urge you to focus on what's most important, and stop trading your marriage and family for fame and fortune!"

People Mag is whoring Kate on this week's cover. Just Jared has a taste.
Jon & Kate Gosselin: Divorce In The Works?
Not to be outdone by Us Weekly’s cover, People’s lead story delves into Jon and Kate Gosselin’s “marriage in crisis.”
The mag’s headlines declare that Jon and Kate “might split up” and she’ll “do it on her own if she has to.” Gasp!!!!!!
“I don’t know that we’re in the same place anymore, that we want the same thing,” Kate admits of her husband. “I’ve been struggling with the question of ‘Who is this person?’ for a while. I remember where I was the first time I heard her name. It’s one of those things where you can try to make it go away, but there’s blaring, red flashing lights.”
The 34-year-old mom from TLC’s hit show Jon & Kate Plus 8 adds, “You can’t imagine yourself in a certain position when all this first happens, but you can do it over some months. It’s a lot like when I was first pregnant with the babies, and it was pure shock and denial. But over time I imagined six cribs in my house, and six car seats. When your mind is ready to go there, you can accept any number of scenarios.”
But Mama Gosselin still thinks her marriage is salvageable: “I will never give up hope that every member of our family can be absolutely happy again.”
And here is what comes from People.com's site.
Kate Gosselin Admits to Struggling with Her Marriage

She's embroiled in a public scandal linking her husband, Jon Gosselin, to another woman, and Kate Gosselin tells PEOPLE in its latest cover story that she and her spouse have been privately struggling for months.
"I don't know that we're in the same place anymore, that we want the same thing," she says quietly. "I've been struggling with the question of 'Who is this person?' for a while. I remember where I was the first time I heard her name. It's one of those things where you can try to make it go away, but there's blaring, red flashing lights."
The name to which Kate refers belongs to 23-year-old Deanna Hummel, whose brother later claimed she'd been having a months-long affair with Jon. For Kate, who has referred to her husband as "my balance, my strength and my stability," to now consider a future apart has been heartbreaking but not impossible.
"You can't imagine yourself in a certain position when all this first happens, but you can do it over some months," she says. "It's a lot like when I was first pregnant with the babies, and it was pure shock and denial. But over time I imagined six cribs in my house, and six car seats. When your mind is ready to go there, you can accept any number of scenarios."
Kate does have hope, however, that her marriage can be saved. "I will never give up hope that every member of our family can be absolutely happy again," she says.
Family Member: Jon Gosselin Grew Suspicious of Kate and Her Bodyguard Wednesday May 13, 2009
The new issue of Us Weekly reports that Jon & Kate mom Kate Gosselin grew so close to her bodyguard, Steve Neild, it caught the attention of her husband, Jon -- and has become the talk of many locals in their Berks County, Pennsylvania, community. Since May 2008, Kate has made 50 public appearances, criss-crossing the country, often with Neild by her side, as Jon stayed home with the kids. Even when at home -- whether at Starbucks or at restaurants -- Neild has been a constant companion to Gosselin, who is estranged from her family and viewed in town as not having friends.
"He threatened to hire a private investigator," a family source informed by Jon Gosselin tells Us.
The married Neild -- who once worked for Bill Clinton, and is often photographed not wearing his wedding band -- were "very physical, often touching each other," says an employee at a recent promotional appearance for their TLC reality show. "She was gently poking him, giving him little love pats, totally unlike the slapping she does with Jon. She and Steve were joking around so much, I actually wondered if they were having an affair. There's a lot of open affection between them." The employee adds Kate showed no affection at all to Jon at the same event.
(Neild's wife Gina, a one-time close friend of Kate's, tells Us local and online talk of an affair is "ridiculous"; Kate recently said she is "horrified" by any allegations suggesting she and Neild are romantically involved; TLC refused comment.)
Meanwhile, Us has learned that Jon has had more public trysts with 23-year-old third grade teacher Deanna Hummel than first reported.
The new Us Weekly confirms a mid-March date at the local Ruby Tuesday's that a waitress describes as "romantic and lovey-dovey." And on March 28, Hummel and a girlfriend attended Spring Gruv with Jon in Utah while Kate was away. On April 17 -- the day before Jon and Hummel were photographed at 2 a.m. leaving a club -- the two were caught on cell phone camera and were "all over each other" while watching band Dirty Penny perform at Paolo's Restaurant & Bar in Reading, Pa., a witness tells Us.
So what's next for the couple of nearly 10 years?
"Jon says it's over," says the family source. "Kate doesn't want to work on it, he doesn't want to work on it."
