I am no detective but in reading these articles and Jon's reply to the media, Something is fishy. If that woman was just going to drive his car to hers, that means a Jon who could "barely walk" proceeded to slide into the driver's seat and drive, drunk.
Or as logic would lead me to believe the woman drove him in his car because he wasn't fit to drive, to another location together and well get naked obviously. ;-)

one thing I dont get. NE says the gal was a brunette, yet the US pic shows a blondish lady. does he have 2 gals on the side?
I agree with the other posters. Something is fishy. After all, Jon and Kate, like it or not, are entertainers - their job is to get eyeballs. Stuff like this creates buzz. It's obvious that Kate doesn't hesitate to exploit her kids. What is to stop her from exploiting her marriage for more ratings/money.
