As many of you may know, the Gosselin's Andrew Ave. home is for sale. It looks badly staged, messy and generally something I might shy away from, but undeniably, it is the Gosselin's old house.

Some people believe the price tag of $350K is a bit much for this home. I tend to agree. Even for the area and the "star" quotient, it is still a basic home. Way too much cash outlay for what you get.

If you look this house up on zillow.com -- it is $100K MORE than the surrounding houses. Unless some crazed fan is willing to shell out $350K for it, I highly doubt someone would pay an extra $100K just because it was in a TV show.
Also, will we see any episodes of Kate doing an "extreme cleaning session" upon leaving that house -- or did she just have her hired maid do that?

After One Year It Is Still For Sale $299.000. Kate should have taken her new washers TLC gave her.
hopefully this house is still for sale. Kate might need to move back into it. Or the crooked houses her children own.
